The following apply to Provisional Membership, please read for your information.

1.         100 is the maximum number of members in this class of membership.

2.         The annual subscriptions are slightly less than a Full Playing Member.

3.         A Provisional Member may play on any day except at times set aside for the Associates or any other pre-booked group.

(a)       Provisional Members may put their name down on Friday night after 4.30 p.m. by internet, phone or in person for play on the Saturday. They also can put their name on the waiting list at that time if there is one.

(b)       The Proposer of the Provisional Member may invite him to play on a Saturday as part of his orientation into the Club (Not Monthly Medal day). Play may be limited at the discretion of the Committee.

            Should the daily competition be a Monthly Medal, Provisional Members are permitted to phone the Starter to see if there are any vacancies in the field and if there are they will be permitted to wait at the Starters Box to see if the vacancy will be filled by a Full Playing Member. If the vacancy has not been filled by the time that group is called to the tee the Provisional Member may take the vacant position in the group.

4.         Provisional Members shall be transferred to Full Playing Membership as and when vacancies occur and in the order of priority in which they paid their subscriptions. Full Playing membership subscriptions will then apply.

5.         Provisional Members may not nominate or hold positions on the Board or attend or vote at Annual General Meetings or any other meeting of the Club.

6.         All fees are non refundable.
